Mucki travels to the Netherlands to promote Mansa-Colley
Mucki has recently returned to The Gambia after a 10 day trip to the Netherlands, this is Mucki's first trip abroad since the COVID-19 Pandemic started. During his trip, Mucki has been learning about the local culture of the Netherlands and sharing the stories and cultures of The Gambia. Ashley Fox runs Birmingham Half Marathon to raise funds for schools in The Gambia

Mansa-Colley students help to prepare school roads ahead of the rainy season
Students from Mansa-Colley have been working to improve the roads surrounding the school ahead of the rainy season. During the rainy season, heavy rainfall causes localised flooding and poor road conditions can lead to roads being blocked preventing access.

Successful week of computer training lessons come to a close
Today marks the end of the week-long computing lessons that the members of the STEM Club of Mansa-Colley Bojang School organised. Mansa-Colley provides computer training to students from other schools in the area
The training is organised and conducted by members of the STEM club and it involves students and teachers from 10 schools in and around the Kombo including students from our LBS and grade 7. Grade 9 Exam Success
Congratulations to our students for their extraordinary performance in the recently concluded grade 9 exams with a record 100 percent passing performance. 43 of our students scored 1 (Distinction) in General Science, 45 in S.E.S and 32 in Mathematics. Computer Science
Computer Science lessons have begun, using the new chromebooks and a set of BBC micro:bits. The lessons are being taught through a project linking Mansa-Colley Bojang School with St John's College School in the UK. Follow this link to vist the project's website to find out more.
Grade 9 students learn woodworking
Some of our grade 9 students have been learning about woodworking. Our students learned the woodworking trade trade so they can help volunteering in the community. During the storm earlier in the year there was a shortage of carpenters.
Grade 9 students take their exams
Our grade 9 students are taking the first external exams at Mansa-Colley Bojang School since we were founded in 2010, the exams are conducted by the West African Education Council. We wish all the students taking their exams good luck!

Students work to improve road conditions
Our students have been working to repair the road leading to the school. The work they have done has increased the safety of nursery and younger students from the dangers of snakes, specifically puff adders that shelter in holes during the rainy season
Mansa-Colley students make history at Take-M Dream Spelling competition
